To promote the high-quality development of our institutions and foster mutual learning among colleges, CCNU will convene the "Dean's Forum on High-quality Development". The forum will center on the strategic goal of "building a world-first-class university at the forefront of teacher's education", guiding teaching and research institutions as well as administrative departments to strengthen cooperation and consistently elevate the level of its "Double First-Class" initiative.

Xia Lixin, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, urged each dean to stick to high-level planning, ensure high-quality implementation, and strive for efficiency. They should aim to be pioneers in reform thinking, drivers of reform action, and guardians of reform guarantees, accelerating the enhancement of their ability and proficiency in "planning, executing, and achieving".
