The 9th Huawei ICT Competition Roadshow and Unveiling Ceremony of Leading Huawei ICT Academy Held at CCNU

On October 13, 2024, the 9th Huawei Information Communications Technology (ICT) Competition China Regional Finals was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province.

Zhou Yingjia, president of the Hubei Association of Higher Education, expressed full support for organizing the Huawei ICT Competition Hubei Provincial Finals.

Liu Jiwen, Deputy Secretary of CCNU Committee, highlighted the collaboration between CCNU and Huawei in building the Huawei ICT Academy. He noted how the academy has integrated cutting-edge technologies like Kunpeng, Ascend, cloud computing, and HarmonyOS into the curriculum to cultivate innovative talents.

Wang Xin, Director of Talent Ecosystem Development at Huawei China, emphasized the importance of creating a platform for teachers and students to explore opportunities in the ICT field together.

Fan Linfang, Director of Huawei's Education Sector in Hubei, concluded the event, expressing optimism for the future of ICT talent in Hubei province.
