In the teaching track, Lu Wen delivered a report themed “Laying a Solid Foundation for Educators, Nurturing Future Teachers”, introducing the innovation and achievements of CCNU’s course Career Development for Normal Students.

The National College Students’ Career Planning Competition aims to promote learning, teaching and employment through competition. University leaders attended the pre-competition ceremony and the national final award ceremony to support the participants. In recent years, CCNU has integrated career education and employment guidance into the whole process of talent cultivation, established a university-school dual-level working mechanism, and strengthened career-oriented curriculum construction. These efforts have effectively improved students’ career planning awareness and competitiveness, supporting high-quality and full employment of graduates.
