Goodbye Obama

Revision:Date:2016/12/07

He became the first Africa-American president.

He won a second term.

He is going to leave the white house.

If there is anyone out there

Who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible?

Who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time?

Who still questions the power of our democracy?

Tonight is your answer.

What you make of your education will decide nothing less than the future of this country.

The future of America depends on you. What you're learning in school today will determine whether we as a nation can meet our greatest challenges in the future.

Eight years ago, I was a young man, full of idealism and vigor, and look at me now.

I am gray and grizzled, just counting down the days' til my death panel.

Hillary once questioned whether I'd be ready for a 3 a.m. phone call —now I'm awake anyway because I've got to go to the bathroom. I'm up.

Meanwhile, Michelle has not aged a day. The only way you can date her in photos is by looking at me. Take a look.

Goodbye Obama, hope you enjoy your retired life
