Recently, the Ministry of Education officially announced the results of the 9th Outstanding Research Achievement Award for Humanities and Social Sciences in Higher Education Institutions. Our university achieved 24 awards in total. Among them, there were 2 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 11 third prizes for research publications. Additionally, one third prize was awarded for advisory report, and one award in the category for young researchers.
The Outstanding Research Achievement Award for Humanities and Social Sciences in Higher Education Institutions, organized by the Ministry of Education, is an important award designed to acknowledge and reward outstanding achievements made by scholars in philosophy and social sciences. It aims to further review the significant theoretical and practical contributions made by the research community in serving the development of the nation. This award represents the highest level of achievement in China's research in humanities and social sciences. Since its inception in 1995, it has been held nine times. The current edition evaluated achievements made between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2021.
