Opening Ceremony for 2024 Freshmen Held at CCNU

On September 22, the Opening Ceremony for 2024 Freshmen was held at You Ming Stadium. All school leaders of CCNU attended the ceremony.

President Peng Shuangjie delivered a speech titled "Strive to be a Great Teacher in Knowledge, Work and Life", encouraging students to embrace the "Educator Spirit" as their guiding principle. He urged them to pursue academic excellence, act with kindness, uphold strong ideals, face challenges with resilience, and foster a sense of responsibility towards society. Representatives of the teachers, Chinese students and international students have also shared their experience with as well as good wishes to the new students.

After the opening ceremony, the 2024 undergraduate freshmen presented a military training summary. The students, full of vigor and spirit, demonstrated the enterprising spirit of CCNUers.

During the 21-day military training, students overcame the high temperatures, gained physical fitness, and developed strong will power. They are now prepared to embark on a new chapter of their life at CCNU, striving to become pillars of our country's development and national rejuvenation.
