New Advances Made in Black Widow Pulsar Research

In recent years, the research group led by Professor Yu Yunwei of the College of Physical Science and Technology has closely examined the interaction and evolution of neutron star binaries.

Professor Yunwei's group, through detailed modeling and close cooperation with relevant data processing teams, has developed a theoretical explanation for the occultation data. As a result, many key parameters' limitations are now understood.
