On November 25, the third 2024 Deans' Forum, themed The Strategy for CCNU's Talent-Driven Development by 2035, was held in the Yifu International Conference Center. University leaders and department heads attended the event.

Vice Presidents Ren Youzhou posed eight critical questions on implementing talent strategies and emphasized leveraging opportunities to create new platforms for talent growth.
