On the morning of December 8, Central China Normal University (CCNU) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Huawei at the its Songshan Lake base in Dongguan. CCNU leaders and department heads, along with Huawei representatives, attended the signing ceremony.
President Peng Shuangjie highlighted the fruitful collaboration between CCNU and Huawei, emphasizing plans to deepen cooperation in information technology, advance new engineering initiatives, and promote digital education transformation and industry-education integration.
Mr Li Junfeng, the counterpart from Huawei, affirmed Huawei's commitment to supporting CCNU in establishing an ICT talent training system and creating a fully integrated smart campus.
In the afternoon, CCNU signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent at Tencent Binhai Building in Shenzhen.
President Peng expressed gratitude for Tencent's support in innovation platform, talent cultivation, and smart campus construction. He noted that CCNU would leverage its strengths in disciplines and talent, combined with Tencent's technological and industry resources, to drive digital education transformation.
Shi Mei, Vice President of Tencent Cloud and Head of Tencent Education, welcomed the President Peng and his delegation. She highlighted plans to collaborate on talent cultivation, scientific research, and smart campus projects, as well as the application of big-model technology in education research.
