On May 18th, Cheng Jiacai, the Secretary and Director of the Party Committee of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, led a delegation to our university to conduct special research on high-level overseas returnees' work.

During the discussion, both Hao Fanghua and Cheng Jiacai delivered speeches. The research team had discussions with the heads of relevant departments of our university and representatives of high-level overseas returnees, aiming to gain an in-depth understanding of our university's talent introduction policies, work experience, current talent demands, as well as the main difficulties faced by high-level talents in the process of returning to China for employment.
