On October 30th, a delegation from South African Higher Education visited CCNU. Vice President Peng Shuangjie received the delegation and meetings between two parties were held in the administrative building.
Vice-President Peng Shuangjie extended his warm welcome to the visiting delegation and introduced the school-running history and development of CCNU as well as the remarkable achievements it has made in the deep integration of information technology and education. It is expected that both parties will take the visit as an opportunity to carry out more practical cooperation in the fields of international Chinese language education, talent training, academic exchanges, etc.
Manamel, deputy Minister of South African Higher Education, expressed his gratitude for CCNU's warm reception and congratulated our school on its 120th anniversary. He later introduced information about basic education, higher education and vocational education in the Republic of South Africa, and shared with the audience the grand vision for the development of education in the country. He also expressed his wish that on the basis of existing cooperation, wider and deeper collaboration in the fields of teacher education and educational informatization could be made between the universities of South Africa and CCNU.
