From October 25th to 26th, the High-level Forum on Artificial Intelligence and News Communication was successfully held at Central China Normal University (CCNU).
Liu Sanya, Vice President of CCNU, briefly introduced the purpose of the forum and mentioned that the forum will surely inject new vitality into the journalism and communication disciplines at CCNU and promote its high-quality development in the era of intelligence.
Wan Yi, Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication at CCNU, expressed his hope that all experts and scholars would engage in discussions on cutting-edge issues, share academic insights and outstanding achievements, and contribute their expertise to the intelligent transformation and high-quality development of the news and communication industry in the new era.
In the keynote speech session, Professor Chen Changfeng of the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University first made a speech entitled "AI Transforms the Mechanism of Journalism: Practice and Idea". She reminded us that we need to follow up and update both the concept and practice in order to cope with the changes and challenges brought by AI in the field of journalism and communication.
Representatives from other universities later gave their reports in turn.
