Recently, the Ministry of Education announced the results of the 2025 National Undergraduate Basic Skills Showcase for Music and Art Education Majors. Faculty and students from CCNU’s School of Music and School of Fine Arts secured a total of 14 awards, including individual all-around awards and specialized skill demonstration awards. Additionally, CCNU was honored with the second prize in the group category for music education programs and the third prize in the group category for art education programs.
The National Undergraduate Basic Skills Showcase for Music and Art Education Majors was held biennially to advance teaching reform, foster innovative talent development models, and highlight the comprehensive competence, professional expertise, and innovative capabilities of students and faculty in these fields. As the premier national event of its kind, it represents the highest level, largest scale, and most influential platform in China.
The awards won this time fully demonstrate the remarkable achievements of CCNU in the development of relevant majors, curriculum reform and talent cultivation.
