On the occasion of the 11th National Security Education Day, the Achievement Exhibition on Practicing a Holistic Approach to National Security in Hongshan District, co-hosted by Hongshan District and Central China Normal University (CCNU), was held on April 11 at the Auditorium of the University Student Activity Center. As part of the series of events for CCNU’s 4th Campus Safety Culture Festival, the exhibition was themed Balancing Development and Security to Support the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. Leaders from the provincial, municipal and university level, as well as about 1,000 representatives from all walks of life attended the event.

The exhibition consisted of four chapters: Echoes of Extraordinary Years, Responsibility in the Era, Carrying Forward the Legacy, and A Perfect Finale. It featured a diverse array of performances, including situational presentation The Bugle Call, dance Boundary Monument, chorus Safe Hongshan, joint presentation Unite to Guard the Security Line, Hubei Dagu (Chinese narrative drumming) Keep Fire Safety in Mind, intangible cultural heritage lantern dance Phoenix Lantern, themed presentation Climbing and Surveying for the Motherland, national security-themed street dance National Security, I Speak Out, situational drama National Security in My Eyes, and chorus As One Wishes. These various forms brought the concept of national security to life.
In addition to the exhibition, the university will also organize a series of activities such as the campus promotion campaign Civilized Traffic, Smooth Wuhan and the April 15 National Security Education Day Speech Contest, aiming to deepen public understanding of national security knowledge and jointly build a solid campus security line.
