GO JAN ROBERT RAMOS

GO JAN ROBERT RAMOS,from the Philippines, has received his doctorate in Political Theory from the School of Politics and International Studies in 2022. He has got his position in University of the Philippines College of Social Sciences and Philosophy. During the CCNU time, he has won the Hongyu Zhou Excellence Award, Excellent International Students Award.

NGUYEN DIEN TUAN

NGUYEN DIEN TUAN, from Vietnam, has received his doctorate in ancient Chinese Literature from the School of Chinese Language and Literature in 2011. In China, DIEN TUAN is fascinated not only by the ancient liberal literature, but also by the ancient zither with beautiful sound and deep timbre. After graduation, DIEN TUAN have opened his our company “Nan Tian ”Ancient Zither Studio. He has become the famous star for starting-up a business and cultural transmission.

ADAMS MUSA MOHAMMED

ADAMS MUSA MOHAMMEDis from Nigeria, he has received his doctorate in International Relations from the School of Politics and International Studies in 2015. He has won the "Special Person of the Year Award" of University Students of Hubei Province in 2011. Adam set up the "Adam Special Scholarship" at Chunmiao School with the prize from CCTV. With the support of the CCNU, he and 42 international students set up the "Foreign Lei Feng Volunteer Service Team" in 2012. The member of this special team comes from different countries, with different skin colors, but has the same spirit: enthusiastic about public welfare in serving the society.

DEIH SEDEM AKORKOR

DEIH SEDEM AKORKOR from Ghana has come to Central China Normal University since 2012, and obtained a doctorate in International Politics from the School of Politics and International Studies. Sedem, just like her Chinese name, as a leader of Yang Lei Feng, brings sweet smile and happiness to people around. After the epidemic, she also won the Outstanding Contribution Award for Anti-epidemic for her outstanding performance. Sedem in life is also good at recording life. She once served as a foreign director of Looking-China-Program in 2022.

BARRY EBRIMA

BARRY EBRIMA, from Gambia, studied in the School of Mathematics and Statistics when he was an undergraduate on campus from 2017. Now he is studying for a master's degree in Educational Economy & Management in the School of Education, which shows he is a hard working boy in both liberal arts and sciences. At the same time, he is also the winner of Hongyu Zhou Excellence Award. He is energetic, handsome and helpful. He is an effective communication bridge between teachers and students and actively conveys the needs of students. You can also see Barry's outstanding performance in the venue of the Games. The Global Times has reported on the volunteer services for epidemic prevention rendered by Barry.

LUGAZO ABUBAKAR

LUGAZO ABUBAKAR, from Tanzania, is currently studying in the School of Psychology, pursuing a doctorate in development and educational psychology, and Abu is also the winner of Hongyu Zhou Excellence Award. Lugazo works steadily and patiently. He has been to the countryside for many times to participate in volunteer teaching. He is also the leader of Yang Lei Feng's volunteer team and won the Outstanding International Student Award in 2021.

TANG CONGSAU and TANG NHITKIN

TANG CONGSAU and TANG NHITKIN are siblings from Vietnam，now studying together for a doctorate in Economics & Management from the School of Education. With their excellent Chinese expression and literary talent, the siblings have won many awards such as "Chucai Cup", "Chinese Classics Award Competition". After school, brother and sister, who are willing to help others, have participated in Yang Lei Feng volunteers and summer tutoring for many times. As Vietnam's representative, they attended the China ASEAN Youth Elite Exchange Festival, the "Discover 2021 New Hubei" International Friendship Exchange Day in Hubei and the "Lancang-Mekong International Video Week".

KAPINGA SAMANTHA KANGUDIA

KAPINGA SAMANTHA KANGUDIA,from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is going to study for an MBA from the School of Economics and Business Administration. SAMANTHA has a beautiful voice, won the championship in the “Voice of CCNU”, and participated in the recording of Wuhan city promotional music film. She have participated in the recording of "Together for a shared future" on the eve of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and conveyed blessings from Hubei and Congo for the Winter Olympics.

PICKRELL RYAN WAYNE

PICKRELL RYAN WAYNE (Ryan) is from the United States and received his PhD in International Politics from the School of Politics and International Studies in 2016. At school, he not only worked hard to learn professional knowledge, but also actively studied traditional Chinese martial arts, and participated in national martial arts competitions on behalf of the school many times. Besides, the student has rich experience in social practice and has long served as the editor of the English edition of Changjiang Daily. In 2015, Ryan won the "the Hongyu Zhou Excellence Award" and “CCNU Excellent International Students Award". He is currently working as a reporter for "Insider" newspaper in America.

DOCI SILVA

DOCI SILVA, from Albania, received a PhD in International Relations from the School of Politics and International Studies in 2021. She started her study in CCNU from the preparatory stage in 2009. She spent 12 years and gained undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees. She is also an "Excellent International Students" and “Cultural and Sports Activist of Central China Normal University". During studying in CCNU, she served as the editor-in-chief of “Always CCNU" magazine, and contributed to activities like " the Stories of CCNU” and "Chinese Story".

NAN WINT PHOO THWE

NAN WINT PHOO THWE，from Myanmar, studied the Chinese language at the College of International Cultural Exchange as an undergraduate student, and now she is studying for a master's degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. She also participated in the Yang Leifeng Volunteer Team, the "ALWAYS CCNU" magazine, and the language club, actively participated in volunteer service work, and also serves as a student assistant in the CICE office. She has a strong spirit of unity and cooperation and organizational skills. For this reason, she has also become an "outstanding international student" in our school. Nannan is also one of our school's 2020 alumni friendship ambassadors. Due to her excellent academic performance during her studies, she has made contributions to China-Myanmar friendship and won the "China-Myanmar Friendship Scholarship" issued by the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar in 2021.

Akib Irfan

AKIB IRFAN—— a multilingual poet from Bangladesh, who also became a Chinese poet while studying Chinese and published his poetry in different languages. Currently master's recipient of Teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) in CCNU with excellent knowledge of linguistics, poetry, and teaching. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills served Bangladesh's most prominent student and social organizations. He was an active youth leader, reporter, host, volunteer, and organizer during his study in Wuhan. He has been awarded nationally and internationally for his volunteer activities and attended International Conferences and Seminars in China, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, and UAE.
